An experiment, and a result:

TLDR;

• I’m poor. To continue drawing I need money.
• Forces from big companies and lawmakers make it difficult to both draw NSFW and SFW. Doing one or the other is usually a better strategy. Right now NSFW is much more profitable.
• Short term change is more NSFW, and NSFW is back after some experimentation with a secret alt account.
• I still plan on releasing at least 1 piece per week on each site (so SFW and NSFW)
• Weresdrim.org is reopened (my site with NSFW content)

I originally wrote a very lengthy explanation detailing much of the thought that went into both decisions, of why I stopped doing NSFW, and then why I have decided to start again, but I realised this could be unwise in the end.

There are many things that may seem irrational without the full picture. I don’t think I’m obliged to explain my actions, and I wish I could explain further. All I can say is that conditions have changed, and I’ve gained new information. These influence my decisions.

If enough people are genuinely interested I might consider going further into detail, but I have a feeling most people don’t want to read such a lengthy post. I could be wrong though.

v2.1 Changelog

• Weresdrim.org (my NSFW art site) is reopened. I’ve unprivated my previous NSFW images on pixiv.
• I had a secret alt account (called Pekoppai) for a short NSFW experiment. I’ll be posting these images on Pixiv too, they’ve already been uploaded on Weresdrim.org.
• NSFW content will be paywalled and censored in many cases, with membership available on Weresdrim.org to get HD and uncensored versions.
• I’m leaving Patreon (this will make it cheaper for my Patrons to pledge getting the same rewards, and gives me a larger share of the amount pledged).
• Previous (SFW) membership perks have been changed, but most of the important stuff is now free for everyone.
• Commissions have been reverted to be without membership. I’ll periodically put them in stock when I feel I have time for them again. They can be purchased here when available. I’ll announce availability whenever they are. Price remains roughly the same when accounting for the discount the membership gave.
• HD downloads are available below every SFW image in posts (i.e. on art)
• I’ve implemented an image viewer on both sites, which has made the viewing experience much better.
